Almond Oil Bitter
Almond oil Bitter houses prussic acid, also known as cyanide. Fifty percent of bitter Almond oil has three main components namely, Benzaldehyde, Glycoside and Hydrogen Cyanide while rest contains monounsaturated fatty acids and other components similar to those in Sweet Almonds. Bitter Almonds are broader and shorter in shape than the Sweet Almonds. An excess amount of this oil can be a fatal.
