The bearer of sweet orange is an evergreen tree that is smaller in height as compared to bitter orange tree. The tree is less hardy and is have fewer spines. Sweet orange has a sweet pulp that doesn't have any bitter membrane. Like bitter orange essential oil, sweet orange essential oil is also derived by cold storage method of fruit peel.
