White Pepper Oil
White Pepper Oil
White Pepper oil is extracted from white peppercorns of the perennial vine. This herb is grown wildly on the Malabar Coast of India. Although, it is now cultivated in many tropical parts of the world, still India continues to be the largest producer of White Pepper oil. The seed for extraction of oil is found inside the berry like fruits that dry to eventually become peppercorns. The outer layer of the fruit is used as a spice in India.
