It is perfume water made from the Lavender flowers by the method of hydro distillation. Lavender water is a very good skin toner and is also used to enhance the quality of hair. It is also considered to be the most calming water. It is an "all-purpose" essential oil, which is used for providing gentle balance to all skin types as well as help in escaping summer heat, soothing sunburns and healing irritation.
